You'll spend an hour exploring the factory floor with a member of the ChocXO team where you'll check out a full-scale model of a cacao tree, learn about the chocolate fermenting and drying process, and learn all about the techniques employed to transform it into delicious goodies. You'll also enjoy a number of samples to inform your experience and tantalize your taste buds, including tastes of raw cacao pulp, cocoa nibs, cocoa liquor, and both filled chocolate bars and bark.
